Payment is required upon completion of the chimney cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and other secure payment options.
Prices are clearly communicated prior to service and do not include any applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
For scheduled services, a deposit may be requested to secure your appointment. Deposits will be deducted from the total service cost.
If you decide to cancel a scheduled service, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee up to 30% of the service price.
Refunds are only available if services have not been performed or in cases where the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon standards. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion to discuss resolution options.
